Terms and Conditions

VMC Satellite, Inc. is an Authorized Retailer for Dish Network/EchoStar Communications Corporation. All installation, service, and billing will be handled directly by Dish Network. VMC Satellite, Inc. offers a 10 day refund policy on unused installation certificates. VMC Satellite, Inc.'s sole liability is limited to refund of unused installation certificate within 10 days of purchase. Certificates are not refundable after installation. A non-refundable $5 order processing applies to all new orders for service.

All satellite and receiver equipment installed by Dish Network shall at all times remain the sole property of Dish Network. Dish Network will grant you use of the installed equipment for as long as you remain an active subscriber. In the event that your service is ever discontinued, Dish Network reserves the right to receive the equipment back from you within 15 days or you may be charged a fee. Dish Network may, at its option, choose to review a consumer credit report on you in order to qualify you for this offer. Programs are available for all levels of credit. You may be offered an alternate program depending on certain qualifications. DVR upgrade fee may be higher for customers who do not credit qualify. The purchaser acknowledges that he/she is not applying for or requesting any form of consumer credit from VMC Satellite, Inc., and that the purchase and/ or use of an installation certificate shall not create a credit grantor/ grantee relationship between VMC Satellite, Inc. and the purchaser as defined under Federal Consumer Credit Acts.

However, weather, workload, and other factors may prevent us from offering you installation within 24 hours. Next Day installation may not be available in multiple-dwelling buildings such as apartments or condominiums. Your equipment will be installed by Dish Network/Echostar Communications Corp. DVR equipment is free in the first two rooms. If you want DVRs in your third and fourth rooms, a $99 upgrade fee will apply. A monthly DVR fee of $5.98 per month applies for your first two rooms with DVR service. Additional DVR equipment will incur a $5.98 fee per room. (Example: DVR in two rooms adds $5.98 per month. DVR in three rooms will be $11.96 per month.) Additional HD receiver fee of $6 per month will apply if you choose to have a second HD receiver installed. "Lifetime Warranty" refers to our Digital Home Protection Plan, which is included free with a minimum 18 month commitment and at least DishFamily programming. Upfront charge to your credit card of $49.99 is automatically refunded on your first DISH Network bill when you sign up for 18 month commitment. Don't want to make an 18 month commitment? Without a commitment, you will lose the $49.99 credit on your first bill and the FREE Lifetime Warranty. However, you can still purchase the warranty for an additional $5.99 per month. **Hawaii customers may need to purchase a larger dish to receive HD programming. Please refer to the rebate form for the complete terms and conditions of this offer.

As an inducement to receive this FREE INSTALLATION OFFER from VMC Satellite, Inc., you are making an 18 month commitment to remain a Dish Network subscriber, without interruption. By placing your order by phone or via the Internet, you agree that VMC Satellite, or its agent(s), may charge you an early termination fee/non activation fee of $290 in the event that your service is never activated (or) once activated, is interrupted or terminated within the first 18 months. You must have paid for 18 months of uninterrupted service (minimum Dish Family programming) to avoid the early termination fee. VMC may, at its discretion, bill you or charge your credit card for this early termination fee plus all costs associated with collecting this fee. Your use of the services provided by VMC and Dish Network shall confirm your acknowledgment of this fee. If you choose to downgrade your service to a lower priced programming package after any initial trial periods, a one-time downgrade fee may apply (generally $5). If you move during the initial 18 month commitment, you will be eligible for DISH Network's Mover Program, which will provide free installation of your DISH Network system in your new home.

Your use of this website constitutes your agreement to contact us directly in the event you have any dispute as to the charges made to your credit card by VMC or the amounts of the charges. We ask that you contact us at 703-206-1150 and to allow us an opportunity to satisfactorily resolve any issue you have PRIOR to disputing any charge directly with your credit card company. In the event that you request a refund from us, and we later determine that a DISH Network satellite TV system was installed in your home, you agree to allow us to charge your credit card for the previously refunded amount.

In certain circumstances, customers may request a receiver configuration which requires the use of additional equipment beyond our typical installation. In such cases, equipment will still be provided free of charge, but an additional $5 monthly equipment fee may apply.

Programming is available for single-family dwellings located in the continental United States. All DISH Network programming, and any other services that are provided, are subject to the terms and conditions of the Residential Customer Agreement, which is available upon request. Local TV channels are offered only in specified areas and may be provided through an outdoor antenna or a local dish antenna. Off-air broadcast picture quality may vary based upon location. Local Broadcast Networks by satellite are only available to customers who reside in the specified local Designated Market Area (DMA). Distant Broadcast Networks packages by satellite are only available for private home viewing and in limited areas, to homes that are located outside a Grade A or B designated area. All receivers must be connected to a phone line or customer may pay a fee if they are not. ESPN and ESPN2 programming subject to change and blackout restrictions, and is licensed separately for residential and commercial use. FOX Sports Networks programming subject to blackout restrictions and licensed for residential use only. Regional sports networks and Turner South not available in all areas. Digital Home Advantage Plans (Digital Home Advantage Plan, DishDVR Plan) are for new customers, are available for a limited time and require a valid major credit card with a commitment of 18 consecutive months. Customer must pay a $49.99 Activation Fee. There will be a $5.00 Change of Service Fee for each programming downgrade. Free standard Professional Installation includes installation of one 20" dish antenna, hook-up of up to 4 receivers to the same number of TVs and equipment testing. Other installation restrictions apply and more complex installations may require an additional fee. Additional programming may be ordered at applicable monthly rates. Digital Home Advantage Plan offer may not be combined with any other offers. Customer must return equipment at the end of 18-month term or may continue on a month-to-month basis at current monthly rate of the Digital Home Advantage Plan. Failure to return all equipment upon termination of services will result in customer paying an Equipment Fee. See the DISH Network Digital Home Advantage Plan Customer Agreement for complete details.
